Distant Sales Agreement – Turkish Exporters Directory

Parties

  • Seller / Companyt: Kvanza Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., Esentepe Mah. Ecza Sk. Pol Center C Blok 4/1, Şişli, 34394 Istanbul, Türkiye
  • Buyer / Member: The real or legal person registered on the website

Article 1 – Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations established between the Seller and the Buyer, regarding the distant sale of memberships and services offered through turkishexporters.directory.

Article 2 – Membership and Formation of the Agreement

Membership begins upon registration on the website. By confirming the registration, the Buyer is considered to have accepted the provisions of this agreement. Once membership begins, services are initiated and are valid for a period of one year.

Article 3 – Buyer's Rights and Obligations

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use the website in compliance with the law.
  • Do not share account information with third parties.
  • Submit refund or membership cancellation requests in accordance with this agreement.

Article 4 – Seller's Rights and Obligations

  • Protect member data in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
  • Provide services securely and continuously.
  • Fulfill the Buyer's membership and service requests in accordance with the agreement.

Article 5 – Membership Fees and Payment

  • Membership fees are paid online.
  • Payment information is not stored by the Company; it is processed solely by the payment provider.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Refund

  • The Member has the right to withdraw from the membership within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the distant sales agreement.
  • When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the paid membership fee is refunded through the payment provider.

Article 7 – Termination of the Agreement

  • Members can terminate their membership at any time.
  • Data will be stored for a period of one year after membership is terminated; informational emails may continue.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Members use the services at their own risk.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
  • The competent court is Istanbul, Turkiye.
