RFQ Listing Policy

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE POSTING YOUR RFQ (REQUEST FOR QUOTATION) ON TURKISHEXPORTERS.DIRECTORY

You may not post any RFQ that is restricted or prohibited by applicable laws or regulations in Türkiye or in the country of intended import/export.

Please be aware that turkishexporters.directory does not permit any RFQ that is illegal, infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, or may easily be used for illegal or unethical purposes.

As a member of turkishexporters.directory, you are responsible for ensuring that the RFQs you post are legal and permissible. Before submitting an RFQ, you must make sure that your request complies with this RFQ Listing Policy.

Kvanza Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to remove any RFQ that violates this policy without further notice. The company also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of members who continue to violate this policy after being warned.

Prohibited RFQ Categories

1. Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances
   • Any request for narcotics, psychotropic substances, steroids, or other controlled chemicals.
   • Any precursor chemicals intended for drug production.
2. Medical Drugs and Devices
   • Prescription-only medicines, psychotropic drugs, and unapproved medical products.
   • Sexual enhancement supplements or unlicensed health products.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Infringing Products
   • Counterfeit or replica goods.
   • Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
4. Precious Metals and Minerals
   • Gold dust, bullion, or rough diamonds.
   • Conflict minerals originating from non-compliant sources.
5. Counterfeit Currency and Stamps
6. Tobacco and Related Products
   • Cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco.
   • Electronic cigarettes and related nicotine liquids.
7. Fake Documents and IDs
   • Forged diplomas, licenses, government IDs, or transit documents.
8. Wildlife and Animal Products
   • Ivory, pelts, skins, internal organs, bones, tusks, or other protected species.
9. Financial Services
   • Money transfers, credit services, fundraising, bank guarantees, or personal investment solicitations.
10. Other Prohibited Content
    • Adult or pornographic content.
    • Firearms, ammunition, military weapons.
    • Human body parts, fluids, or remains.
    • Lottery, gambling, or raffle requests.
    • Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content.
    • Spyware, spamware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
    • Sanctioned or embargoed goods.
