Parties
- Company: Kvanza Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., Esentepe Mah. Ecza Sk. Pol Center C Blok 4/1, Şişli, 34394 Istanbul, Turkey
- Member: Individual or legal entity registering on the website
Article 1 – Definitions
- Member: Person or company registered on the website
- Company: Kvanza Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., operator of Turkish Exporters Directory
- Service: Membership services provided via website and future mobile application
Article 2 – Membership Application and Acceptance
Membership is obtained by registering on the turkishexporters.directory website.
Upon approval of the registration, it is considered that the Member has accepted this agreement and other legal documents,
and a 1-year membership period begins.
The Company reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate membership if deemed necessary
(e.g., non-compliance with commercial ethics, Turkish laws, or national values).
Article 3 – Member Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the website in accordance with applicable laws
- Do not share account credentials with third parties
Article 4 – Company Responsibilities
- Protect member data in accordance with GDPR / KVKK
- Provide services securely and continuously improve the platform
Article 5 – Intellectual Property
- Website content, trademarks, and designs belong to the Company
- Members cannot reproduce or share content without permission
Article 6 – Membership Fees and Payment
- Membership fees are paid online
- Payment data is not stored by the Company, only processed by the payment provider
Article 7 – Membership Termination
- Members may terminate membership at any time
- Data is retained for 1 year after termination; informational emails may continue
Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
- Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Members use the platform at their own risk
Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Turkish law governs this agreement
- Competent court: Istanbul, Turkey
